At Carib Island Trading, we make ordering simple and efficient, ensuring you get the products you need with the best service possible. Here’s how to place an order with us:
Browse Our Product Range
Request a Price List
Once you’ve identified the brands you’re interested in,
request our detailed price list. Our sales representatives will provide you with an Excel file that includes all the essential information:
UPC Codes, Product Descriptions, Case Quantities, Product Sizes, Pallet Breakdown (Layers & Cases per Pallet)
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): $4,500
Review & Select Your Products
With the Excel price list, you can easily review the
products and pricing.
To make your selection Copy and paste the UPC codes into Google or visit the "Products" section of our website to view images and detailed descriptions.
Enter the desired case quantities in the Excel sheet.
(Note: We only sell by the case, no partials).
Submit Your Order
Once your selection is complete, email the updated Excel
sheet back to your sales representative. They will promptly process your
request and send you a proforma invoice, along with details on:
Available Stock Quantities
Lead Times for Fresh Stock Orders

Lead times vary based on product availability and order size. Your sales representative will provide specific details with your proforma invoice.
Order Confirmation:
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the proforma invoice payment.
